Problems with non-con goers harassing con-goers

Were there any this year? We've all heard or seen the problems in the past few years that prompted the heightened badge checking. This year I haven't heard of any conflicts, which would be great if true. Anyone?

the only issue I'd have with them checking badges Thursday is that some people don't arrive early enough that night to pick them up...i.e. I had a friend come to ATL after work Thursday night, he didn't get there until like 10:15. he met me out at a party in the hyatt (he wasn't staying at a con hotel, either)...he wouldn't have been able to do that if they'd been checking badges because they stop pick-ups at 10 PM, ya know?
