Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone knows what the cancellation policy at the Hyatt is? At the moment I'm planning to attend, but I may have to cancel my trip due to work.
Obviously if I know in advance that I can't attend I'll transfer my room across to someone else on dragonconrooms, but I may only find out the day or so before, in which case I'll probably be too busy with my job to deal with transfering the room and have to cancel instead.
Would cancellation just be at loss of deposit/1 nights stay?
Thanks.

You might be able to find people very last second there as an extra resource.
