Hyatt Cancellation Policy

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone knows what the cancellation policy at the Hyatt is? At the moment I'm planning to attend, but I may have to cancel my trip due to work. Obviously if I know in advance that I can't attend I'll transfer my room across to someone else on dragonconrooms, but I may only find out the day or so before, in which case I'll probably be too busy with my job to deal with transfering the room and have to cancel instead. Would cancellation just be at loss of deposit/1 nights stay? Thanks.

Last year when I had to cancel a room, they were going to keep the one night. You should probably call the hotel and ask them their policy.

So I've been trying to get a room at the Hyatt all year. Hey I saw your post on dragoncon rooms and just wanted to let you know that it would be a loss of one day deposit. If you are looking to transfer I would gladly take your room because I've been trying to get one all year. Seriously calling twice a week and now multiple times a day I'm even on the dragoncon room site.
