Please don't hold up the line at the bar because you're being a brat demanding that the bartender to make you a "really strong drink" in a "really big glass". Just order and pay for a freaking double.
Okay, I guess that's etiquette for pretty much anywhere, but really so is bathing & most other things mentioned, and that's the only thing I remember that bugged the crap out of me last year. I do, however, second the "Don't ask the panel guests for hugs during the Q&A". I didn't personally see that one happen last year, but it was horrific the year before that. Uncomfortable, awful waste of time for all involved. I will never understand why people think it's okay to ask strangers for hugs... especially over a mic in front of an audience. Creepy.
