Badge Pick-Up Question

I have a friend who hasn't received his blue confirmation card yet. I know that he can get his badge with just his ID....but can I pick up his badge with his ID when I go get mine?

I think they only do this for married folks, or at the same address. Not sure though.

Dragon*Con Early Registration: Thursday August 31, 2006, approx. 4:00 PM - 11:00 PM at Convention Registration in the Grand Hall at the Hyatt Regency. Badges, program books and pocket-programs should be available.
