6. PICTURES - ONE WORK SAFE PICTURE NO LARGER THAN AROUND 640x480(the LJ Image Placeholder Upper Definition of A Medium Picture) WILL BE ALLOWED OUTSIDE OF A LINK OR LJ-CUT IN A POST. ANY OTHER GRAPHICS MUST BE LINKED TO OR PUT BEHIND A LJ-CUT! More than one small size work safe picture is allowed outside a link or lj-cut if the total dimensions dont excessively exceed the guidelines; however this exception may be withdrawn without notice.
IF YOU HAVE NON WORK SAFE PICTURES BEHIND A LJ-CUT, A WARNING MUST BE GIVEN; OTHERWISE THE POST WILL BE YANKED WITHOUT WARNING OR NOTICE!

Please remember that there are a good number of minors and parents of minors in this community; I cant set an age limit for a community centered on a con that encourages attendees from ages 1 to 100. I dont want it to be where only pictures safe for a 3 year old are allowed(and I have had a good bit of pressure to make it so), but it will get to that point if the rules and common sense arent followed when posting. I should have included this in the rules but left the loophole. The loophole is now closed.

11. ANY AND ALL COMMUNITY RULES MAY BE ENFORCED RETROACTIVELY!

Not only will abused loopholes be closed, posts that slipped through them can be yanked without warning or notice even retroactively.

For the moment, I'm not setting any rules limiting discussion in here beyond the currently set rules, but that will change if common sense and consideration for the younger folks in here fails to be observed.

Thanks everyone.

Don't take this personally, but to be honest, your constant shouting of the rules every 3rd day is *far* more annoying than the posts you are supposedly complaining about.

I scroll back through this LJ, and I see more posts from you shouting the rules than I do *actual* posts (or so it seems).

Hasn't bothered me too much.

In the last 20 posts, this is the only one about the rules besides the "con season rules are active now" post. Also, most of the posts that you're using these rules against that appeared in the past(and today) DID bother me more than your posts notifying us of the new/updated rules.

I agree. I was at work when I made the mistake of opening that one. :(

I like knowing the rules loophole has been closed so I can browse at work safely. :)

i wonder if there is a way to keep your post at the top and all new posts go underneath - that way everyone will see it - i dunno.. just a thought

I have an idea, if ya don't mind me sharing.
How about 2 different Dragon Con Communities...one family oriented, the other adult oriented (where everybody can be happy)...just a thought.

I *STILL* would not have wanted to see what was posted today even if I signed up for a more adult oriented Dragon*Con community.
