My usual training regimen is 1) 'waking up at 9:45 and having to get showered and dressed really quick, then get from the 41 floor of the marriott to Hilton 201 by 9:55 2) getting 20 minutes between panels, and running (around the outside, because it's quicker) up to the hyatt, and up the stairs to the consuite, grabbing something to eat+drink, and running back. 3) weight training - carrying the recording equipment from Hilton 201 to the crystal ballroom (or this year Marriott A601) in the 10 minutes between one panel ending and the next starting (EFF panels often run long, we believe in good value!), and then back after it's finished. 4) Meeting my wife to get the kids because HER shift is just starting
