DragonCon is the largest gathering of Terry Goodkind and Legend of the Seeker fans in the world, and our chief baddie, Craig Parker (Darken Rahl) is attending!

We have many activities planned, including contests, fan panels, photo shoots, and a group at the costume parade.  The summary below will be updated on an ongoing basis to reflect changes.




Fan Table - Friday, August 31st - Monday, Sept. 3rd, Hyatt, Exhibit Level

• Friday  2 – 7 PM
• Saturday 10 AM – 7 PM
• Sunday 10 AM – 7 PM
• Monday 10 AM – 2 PM

At the fan table, the goal is to promote Legend of the Seeker and Terry Goodkind books. We'll distribute flyers and giveaways, show the DVDs, fundraise, and run daily contests with very cool prizes.

Cosplay Photo Shoot - Friday, August 31st, 11:30 pm, Marriott, 10th floor
Join for a group photo. No need to RSVP. 


Costume Parade Group
Saturday, Sept. 1st, 10:00 am - 11:00 am. Followed by a photo shoot with a professional photographer for those of you who are available.

Seeker costume parade RSVP on Facebook (click on the "Edit Doc" on top of the page). We're looking for 30-40 participants. A second photo shoot with a professional photographer will take place after the parade.

“Seeking Goodkind - books 4-6” - Sunday, Sept. 2nd, 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm, Hyatt, Greenbriar
14 novels, 26+ millions books sold worldwide, international fame, and New York Times Bestseller author. What is it about Terry Goodkind’s fantasy novels that continue to inspire and make us want more? Please join a lively discussion.

• An estimated 700 attendees stopped by the Fan Table during the four days of the convention
• 514 (total) Save Our Seeker postcards were mailed to BBC, The CW and Netflix to request a third season or mini-series of 'Legend of the Seeker'
• Hundreds of flyers and The Omen Machine bookmarks distributed at the fan table, during the panels and the ConSuite party
• 30+ contest winners took home an Omen Machine hat or playing cards

Woohoo! Can't wait. I was there in 2010 and it was awesome. Missed last year, but I'm back this year dressed as Mother Confessor Kahlan!

Would you be able to join the costume parade? We had 14 people last year and we're trying to double the number this year. I'll be there too in a Seeker costume.
