I tried everything:

Requested URL not found

...is what I get, can't even find it as a direct search on the Play store.

I had similar problems....someone on Facebook posted these instructions and it finally worked for me:

1) Change your settings to allow your phone to install non-Android apps

2) Scan the QR code at the Daily Dragon to get the URL

3) change 2011 to 2012 then scroll down to the bottom and click the link...you might have to backtrack a time or two like I did if you dont get it changed fast enough

4) change your settings back to not allowing non-Android apps

Hope that helps! I finally got it on my phone after many failed attempts by doing the above.

I remote-installed it from the website, that's the only way I could even find it.

Just sign in with your email you use on your phone and click Install, it'll install within seconds on your phone!

If that doesn't work, try logging into the google account used on your phone with the computer. I noticed that I can access the page just fine in Chrome (where I'm logged into gmail), but IE gives me the URL not found error. I have read elsewhere where some have logged in with the phone's browser in the same fashion in order to get there.

The page looks like it allows you to send it to your phone. Interestingly enough, I still have the '11 version installed, and it's making the '12 appear as "installed".. it still gives me the send to pop-up with an install button however.

I haven't actually tried to install it that way (I've got to redo my ROM first), but it looks like it should work.

The fact that it thinks 12=11 makes me wonder if you can install it from the phone's play store by searching for the old version.

I have tried it all. I have tried using firefox, signing in with google from my phone and my computer, remotely downloading it from the computer, loading it from my phone on google play, scanning the QR code, the link in the Daily Dragon, holding my tongue different, crossing my eyes, crossing my fingers, everything. I have seen the actual logo when I was on google signed in with my username, but when I clicked it, it said URL not found. I am trying to load it onto a Droid. I will wait until everyone that is going to DragonCon has loaded it and then I will try again. Maybe the system will be so worn out, it will give up and let me load it.

Did you try with your phone set to accept non-Android apps?

I went thru all what you went thru and driving myself up the wall as well; Changing that setting and doing what I listed in my above comment finally got it to download for me after all my crazy attempts...

I got the app to download fine, but there's a problem with creating a personal schedule. None of my late night events (10pm or 11:30pm) are showing up in "My Schedule" even though they are starred in the individual track pages. I tried to find someone to contact about the bug, but can't - so maybe it will work it's way to the right person.

Also, is the science track starting full programming Thursday morning? On the app, they have full days of panels for Thurs/Fri/Sat and partials for Sun/Mon.

In case it's helpful, I used "Barcode Scanner" to download the app on Android.

On the play site it has a link to email the developer: support+android@core-apps.com

The Daily Dragon also posted this:

"We are aware of and reported the bug where starring an Event that crosses past midnight into the next day doesn’t appear on My Schedule. Ditto, they’re looking into it. If you’re experiencing another bug or having an issue not covered here, please email the devs at support@core-apps.com."

http://dailydragon.dragoncon.org/dc2012/convention-information-2012/2012-mobile-app-bugs-issues-feature-requests-also-web-os-for-blackberry-and-windows/

I would think that both emails would work, with the android one probably being best for android specific issues.
