i wonder if anyone ever puts together a list of the celebrities who will do pictures at their autograph table, I personally prefer these pics to the professional ones, but theere are severeal stars i want pics with this year but i have to stay within my budget.  A list of those who would do them cheaper at their table would be very helpful.

I think it's safe to say that anyone who signs up with the professional photographers will not be offering photos at their autograph tables. I also think that photo ops at the autograph tables will vary and that some may not do them at all. I don't think you're going to be able to get any type of accurate listing of people or prices for the Walk of Fame...at least, that's been my experience the last few years....

James Marsters has started doing posed photos at his auto table, as well as the professional ones with Froggy. But I'm not sure if he'll do it at D*C or not.

It depends who are you looking for and who they are represented by. Most of Erin Gray's people will do table shots for about $10. If they are rep by convention allstars, they either do free with autograph purchase or small fee without autograph. Julie C. Brown's people, I wouldn't even count on. Also I feel that Torchwood guest other than Kai won't do table shots due to high demand on autographs. This is base on my friends reports of John Barrowman ultra huge line at C2E2 comic con a few months ago. Maybe if you give me a list of names. I maybe able to forcast if they will do tabel shots or not.

Barrowman did have a ridiculously huge line at C2E2, but he was also allowing people to take a picture with him at the table. Whether or not he'll do it at Dragon*Con remains to be seen. He's well worth the wait in line!

That was good to hear that he did table shots, I went and purchase my photo op from Froggy anyway. I met him already at SDCC in 08 but the vendor who had him signing wasn't allowing any pose photos at the table. He was nice enough to allow me to just take of photo of him and his sister. I wanted to at least take a video of him saying hi into the camera. He told me to stand a few feet back so the vendor wouldn't yell at me and he accommodated me with a hello wave.

I second this. If they're already with Craig Damon photography/Julie Brown, it's highly unlikely they'll do some at their table. As for Froggy's people, I find that if they charge more than $50 to do it through him, they typically won't do your camera at their table.

If people are from lesser known shows, or older shows, they seem more likely to do your camera. As a general rule of thumb, folks from these shows have done photos with me and their camera: BSG, The Guild, Farscape, Walking Dead, and half of Star Trek TNG & Voyager people.

Do you know if Norman Reedus charges for a photo?

He did both Froggy ($30) and one with your own camera last year (I'm guessing $20 for that, but not sure).

Norman Reedus and Sean Patrick Flannery both did table photos last year even though they were with froggy's I believe it was an extra 5-10 dollars if you got an autograph. Pretty sure I paid 30 each for them and that got an autograph and a picture.

I know Kristen Bauer was 20 dollars for a table photo.

I believe they do it as long you buy and autograph. When I first met him at a small horror con. He did it for free as long you bought and autograph. If I am still correct, I think he is rep by convention allstars. They usually allow free photos as long you buy and autograph or sometimes it is up to $10 extra. I seen him at the Philly Wizard World doing table shoots there but I couldn't get close enough to determine if he was charging or not.

If I recall correctly, Colin Ferguson allowed photos at the table last year, and was *REALLY* nice. Unfortunately, my camera flaked on me shortly afterwards, and lost my photo with him. :(

I haven't tried to get photos of those Trek stars at DC before, so I can't say for certain. However, I think I did get Nana Visitor's photo last year, but her and Brent Spiner are on two different levels. I suspect Levar and Michael would be at about the same level as Nana. However, I haven't heard of them at as many cons as Brent, so they may be more difficult.

Adam Baldwin has never been sited, let alone photographed, at DC as far as I know. Who is this mystical creature you speak of? You'll have a better chance of photographing bigfoot. ;)

But in general, you're just going to have to wait until you walk into the dealer's room at DC before you can know for certain. The stars that do both (or just the table shots) are the exception, and not the rule. The bigger, the more current, more popular the star, the less likely they are to do personal table shots.

Colin Fergeuson -- table for $10
Felicia Day -- Table for $10
Dean Cain --- $30 at Table. This is based on the price menu card at Wizard World Philly & Chillertheatre shows he was at.
Jewel Staite & Katee Sackoff 99% won't do table shots because she is with Julie's group
The rest is hard to gauge, if they are with Erin Gray's group. They will most likely charge $10 dollars at the table.

Levar Burton won't. He'll let you take a picture of him, but not WITH him. Weird. Felicia Day is always accommodating.

Oh how sad. I was hoping to add to my TNG collection with him this year, and I was hoping he'd do something outside of Froggy.

We wander the WoF early in the day and snap shots of folks - the Guarda can't be everywhere... also if you're realy keen, stake out the route near where the celeb will be doing a panel about 30 min before and a lot of the time you can grab a hall shot of them if you're ready...
