This form is for those who are registering at the door, NOT those who have pre-reg'd and have blue cards. Is that correct??

If you *can* fill out and bring a Prior Data Entry Form, that will help the folks in Registration speed things up. You don't *need* to in order to get your badge, but again, having the form will expedite registration.

Yeah, what I've read in other posts, the form to fill out at home is for people who HAVEN'T preregistered. All the info on that link looks like it's aimed at people who are registering at the door, not those who have prereg'd. For prereg I think you just need your postcard with your barcode and a photo ID.
