Badges

I'm looking for two DC badges for the whole weekend.  Ideally they were purchased before prices went past $90.  If you purchased badges and are unable to go, I would like to 1. tell you I'm sorry, that sucks and 2. buy your badges.  Please email me at eccentra@hotmail.com.  I hope we can help each other out.

99% of people selling a badge are not going to go searching through this community to find the first person on the list who asked for badges. I advise to you to just keep watching the list and prepare to jump on a set should they be offered.

Thank you for the advice! Last year I bought my badges by posting here so I'm not sure there's a proven way to buy and/or sell badges. Best to try all methods available to me. :)

And if it helps any, all the posts in this general category should have the "ticket/badge transfer (http://dragoncon.livejournal.com/tag/ticket%2Fbadge%20transfer)" tag on 'em within about 24 hours of being posted -- fastest, of course, if the submitter puts it on during post creation; just a little slower if it waits 'til one of us obsessive Unofficial Tag Fairies happen to pass through the community. I'd certainly suggest subscribing to the tag for updates, if you have that option.

Oh! Err. I, uh, click the tag link to pull it up, and then click the blue button thingy in the address bar -- I'm using Firefox, if that matters any -- that says "Subscribe to this page" when I hover over it.

And then it appears on my Bookmark Toolbar, along with The Devil's Panties and Kung Fu Monkey and such.

I s'pose the Google Reader would work, too, but I don't use it.
