Postcards Sent Out Today

Just a quick message to let you all know that if you bought your membership, or it was received in the office prior to February 20, 2004, your postcard was mailed out today.

They are bright yellow, please be on the look out for them, and remember to hang on to them until the convention. It makes life a lot easier for everyone!

hey do you know if they are also sending out one of thoes pre dragoncon programs like they did last year? I remember that comming with my postcard last year

Well actually, I am the person that produced and published the Progress Report last year. It won't be out until around the 1st of June, but yes, we will be sending those out as well. :)

Probably not until after the price increase which is on May 14, 2004. I would not expect them to be sent out until early June, so look for them around mid-June.

UM I don't want to complain or anything but im concerned, my postcard came in the mail today but it had the wrong name on it or i should say wrong last name, everything else was good except for that. Does any one know who i should talk to to ensure that everything with regards to the badges is squared away?

Yes, please call the office at 770-909-0115, or email them directly at dragoncon@dragoncon.org.

With this being a price break cut off week you may have more luck emailing them, or waiting until next Monday if you want to call.

I'm an eternal member and haven't received a postcard. I've been eternal for a few years now (not helping my joint problems, but oh well!) and it has come to this address before.

Should I just be patient or get on the horn to someone?

Hey, I am not sure if the Eternals were in that mailing or not... I will check when I get to the office today and post with an answer.

Apparently, only the "new" eternal memberships were sent out but all of them will be going out later (hopefully in the next couple of weeks). So just hang in there, it will be there soon!
