Anybody else having issues communicating with Froggy's Photos?

I emailed them trying to get the status of my .jpg picture files that I paid for, but they have hot replied to my emails.

I haven't a clue how they work, but I can understand them not wanting to get too close to thousands of people over the course of three days ... actors aren't immune to con crud. :\ Some actors will brave those chances and do it anyways, not really caring, but if an actor has to get back to work once the weekend is over, they can't afford to get sick. And usually, if it's not the celeb saying 'no' the handler usually will, even if the celeb is completely unaware of their contractual obligations.

Why don't actors pose for personal photos

Two issues that I've dealt with:
1. Time - every photo takes longer than a signature. When the line is deep, taking a minute rather than 30 seconds with each person will matter.
2. Money - actors work for money and there's only so much they can give away for free (or whatever they *may* get paid for attending an event).

Agents get paid mostly on percentage; when the actor makes money, they make money. When the actor doesn't make money, they don't make money.

Most artists are _very_ happy to interact with fans but there are practical limits to it. Sometimes, cost is the easiest way to thin the herd - there were lots of people who paid for Froggy's pics and there would have been many more if the price were less.
