Issues with Froggy Photos

Anybody else having issues communicating with Froggy's Photos?

I emailed them trying to get the status of my .jpg picture files that I paid for, but they have hot replied to my emails.

I haven't gotten a reply to my emails about my jpeg yet either and have been contemplating some type of formal complaint to D*C--so I should send it to the D*C office?

Trying to think of how I would word it.
