A question about a corset

My girlfriend and I found a custom corset maker in the merch area at D*C. They had a great steampunk feel, and they could be customized to fit women with a larger breat size.The guy running it also had steampunk ray guns for sale. We would like to know if anyone has any info on how to reach them. Thank you in advance for the help.

I know Thomas has wonderful corsets, and that was my first inclination, until there was mention of rayguns.

Does he have long-ish dirty blond hair? I'm not exactly sure where he was located.

both Thomas and BIll are tall. Bill is thin, Thomas is not. Bill's hair is more of a brown, Thomas' is closer to blond.

If that is not what you saw, then you are probably thinking about Bill.
