Celebrity Cosplay Group?

A few months back I had seen a post somewhere about people organizing a celebrity cosplay group. I can't find the post anywhere for the life of me now. Does anyone know of this, if it's still going on? If someone is in the group or organizing it, let me know, I might be interested in joining.

Autographs timing

Last year, the signing for Laurell K. Hamilton started 1.5 hours earlier than scheduled and was closed by the time people should have been able to start lining up, 1/2 hour before scheduled time.

Does anyone know if this has been addressed at all for 2012?

Personally, I think it was horribly unfair.

Food Trucks!!!!!

I love food trucks!!!!  How can we invite the local food truck community to DragonCon?  I hate eating at overpriced places that serve lackluster food.  Their incentive is that they would make lots of money and we get to enjoy great food :)
