This is our second year as a track and our first year doing the parade. We are looking for people who either have children or will never lose their inner child to come march with us!

Transferring a Room

Has anyone tried to transfer a reservation that they made through Passkey at the Marriott? For 2 weeks now I've been given the runaround. I reserved 2 rooms and I am wanting to transfer one to a friend before they take out the first night's cost around July 9th. I've literally spent over 2 hours on the phone today about this. Sheesh. One person tells me that passkey won't release the reservations until July 31st to the Marriott and another supervisor tells me they see the reservation in the system just can't make any changes. So what do you do at this point?
