Video games?

You know, I've been wondering this for several years, but it never actually occurred to me to ask.

Why is there no video games track at DragonCon? There's no video game room at all. Lots of big conventions have areas set aside for gaming of the video or computer variety, why not DC?

I apologize if this is common knowledge in some way, but, well, I love video games. And I think that it would be awesome to be able to play people at DC. Is this entirely unfeasible, or is there a way that this could happen?

I just wanted to ask a question of people who have gone before. I have never been and I am wondering if I would enjoy it. I am a fan of anime and video games and have been to anime conventions before and dressed up there, but I have never been to DragonCon before. Would I enjoy it? The reason I ask is because a group of my friends wants me to go with them in 2007.
