It's that time again. The prices have gone up, and just like every other time, I was buried in memberships. This is great, and I hope the newbs have fun.
Now for the not so great, a lot of people bought memberships, but did not tell us who extra memberships are for, so here's a little help.
1. If you bought multiple memberships, and only gave us one name, we need that second name. My scryeing tools are on the fritz, and I do not want to pick names out of a hat. Contact me at the office so we can fix the issue.
2. Some of you called in memberships, and I am having trouble with your cards. If you ordered over the phone, and money has not been taken out of your account, you can call me to fix the problem. It is most likely my fault having written your number down wrong. As I have been listening to Heavy Metal since 1976, my hearing is not the greatest. I will try to call these people later this week.
3. If you want to give me a badge name, or change something on your membership, contact me via e-mail.
4. If you know anyone who has any of these problems, have them contact me.
5. If you are transferring, I know you need a badge number. I will give you this if you call or e-mail. I forgot to put them on the cards after January, I apologize.
If you contact me by August 15th, all these problems will be fixed by the show. After August 15th, see me at the show in Solutions.
