If any of these actually are in the food court, let me know so I can remove them. Also, if you know of anywhere that is not on this list, but is within a two- or three-block-radius of the Con three-block zone, drop me a comment.

Everyone has been supremely helpful. I appreciate it. I post this here for your reference in thanks.

It's nice the Varsity is getting some potential con-love, but it isn't in the radius of the three block con-zone. :(

The only one I can remember for sure being in the mall is Atlanta Bread Co., but there could be another one in the vicinity that's not in the mall.

If I weren't half-asleep I'd Google the addresses for you so you could list those as well.

Hard Rock will ditch your reservation if you're even a couple minutes late, even if it's not a busy time. We had problems last year. I believe it was Jalapeno Charlies that graciously took in our stranded and sizeable lunch crew and treated us like stars.

Sounds like I'll have to check them out this year. Hopefully I'll have a good story to pass on for next year!

Isn't Champions Sports Bar gone now? Another tragic victim of senseless renovation....

Cant leave out Dailey's (http://www.daileysrestaurant.com/)....however not cheap and especially not the place to eat if speed is important...very good but the kind of place that takes its time...

Not knocking your listing the Varsity, but might want to mention that it is more easily reached by MARTA train than on foot(Varsity is short walk from North Ave MARTA station)

There's also the Perks coffee/convenience shop in the corner between Kafe Köbenhavn and the Parasol Bar...open 24x7(they do sometimes close for a short break for cleanup) and good for when you need food/drink in the wee hours when everything else but the Consuite is closed...

Realize its not a restaurant per se, but has saved me when starving at 0415 in the morning...

I don't know if this will matter to anyone, but a lot of the restaurants are closed on Monday, Labor Day. We always stay until Tuesday and had the devil of a time finding anywhere to eat on Monday! (We vendored all weekend and wanted nothing more than to have a couple of drinks at Trader Vic's. No go.) Atlanta sure seems backwards regarding this. :-)

No law about being open Labor Day itself..prob just a lot of places close because the usual Monday trade is taking the holiday and the con visitors are all leaving town ;)

Again, not a restaurant, but they do have sandwiches at times, but the Starbuck's in the Marriott was always doing big business when I passed by last D*C. I don't know what their hours are, though.

Kind of random, but do either the Pacific Rim Bistro or Tokyo Shapiro Restaurant have a sushi menu/sushi bar?

Was talking with an old D*C pal the other day and discovered we share the sushi-love. : D

Thanks!
