Hey, I'm needing to stock up for DC, where is the best place in Metro Atlanta to buy my party supplies, price wise? I've heard that Green's Package store had good prices, but wasn't sure if they were the best in town...

Greens has good prices, but be aware that they have different prices for credit cards and cash.

Paying with cash is cheapest, so hit the ATM first.

Ditto.

Green's is where I'd recommend... Cash.

Green's definitely, it's near the con site too. Go down Peachtree St NE (street in front of the Hyatt, the direction you want to take is right if you are exiting the front door). Follow that for about .7 miles and take a right on Ponce De Leon. Green's is 1.3 miles down that on the right, in front of a Kroger's (making it a one stop shopping trip if you need food and stuff). They have an amazing selection of high grade beer too (check out the walk-in cooler for the BElgian Abbey Ales).

I go to Mac's on West Peachtree near the intersection with 10th. It's right next to the Midtown MARTA station. They used to be a few blocks over but now they have a new building.

I'd say Tower. Same deal with cash prices being cheaper.

if you drink beer, i dont know if they have it where you are, but 211 steel reserve. You can get it at most any conveniece store here, its crappy but high gravity so it does the trick in short order. and its everywhere here.

Tower is probably cheaper but in my experience Green's has a wider selection.
