Hi all...its getting close to the time where I usually go to the convention area and take a video of the paths and trails I travel most during the long weekend. I do it usually just to see what has changed/improved and also for people to get their surroundings. I think this helps to keep traffic moving and getting everyone to the right spot as soon as possible. The first few times I went to D*Con I spent way too much time getting turned around and not enough time in each event. Here is the video I took last year:

This year I am thinking of stepping it up a bit. I might get a tripod with wheels and record in a higher quality. Also I want to take videos of the other areas and how to get to those hard to find rooms in the hotels, possibly even the best way to get to the Westin and Sheraton and where the more popular rooms are located. I am open to suggestions. What do you guys think would be most helpful?
Thanks!
Rich

Date: 2012-06-21 05:05 pm (UTC)I definitely would like to see where the popular rooms in the Westin and Sheraton are...I'm sure they're properly labeled for normal events, but seeing small plaques/signs through the crowds of Dragon*Con is nearly impossible!

Everyone benefits! Plus it could be fun for you if you want to make it a challenge to yourself to time out the fastest route.
