Neal Adams (in my opinion is the best Batman artist ever) - 70's Batman comics & the new Batman Odyssey series
Kelley Jones - 90's Batman during the Bane storyline & Batman/Dracula Red Rain
Tim Sale - Long Halloween & Dark Victory (some of the best Batman comics ever)
Darwyn Cooke - Batman Ego, Catwoman Selina's Big Score & main Catwoman series, he also created her modern look.
Mike Mignola - Not only did he create Hellboy, but he did a lot of incredible Batman covers, especially the Batgirl Special & the ones where Jason Todd dies.
George Perez - 1st appearance of Nightwing in Teen Titans, also 1st Tim Drake
As for Marvel artists: Olivier Coipel - House of M, Thor, & Siege
