Standard Froggy rules say 2 adults. I'm guessing it's because it's close to NY, so he doesn't have to travel far, coupled with the fact that they probably don't think they can get many people to cough up that much money. It is originally a horror convention, and it is much much smaller than D*C. Only a few thousand people.

I'd like to think that regardless of the level of fame I ever reached, I'd never think people should have to pay $200 to stand next to me for 3 seconds.
