You know, it appears to me that Guinness doesn't understand that nerds/dorks/geeks are the demographic that make their silly little book popular and profitable. Bet they'll rethink the way they do business when they don't sell anything.

I'm agreeing with everyone above...and no matter how it turns out, the "Thriller" Dance was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a con, and I've been doing cons for a LOOOONG time. It was amazing and I wouldn't trade it for anything. You guys worked so hard and did such a great job, and I agree with a compatriot on the forums...if Guinness is going to be so blase about their own rules, then we should be blase about the record. What mattered most was the experience, and thanks for making it possible.
