We took a slightly different approach to this delima. We were staying at the Hilton which has a Fed Ex office in it, so we shipped our stuff there. Forget how expensive it was, but that might be something to look into. Just remember that the Hotel Fed Ex offices might have a handling fee (I think we paid $25.00 per box handling because they were over 30lbs a piece).
