Okay, I'm apologizing in advance for the fact that I only have a bare amount of familiarity with mangas, video games and anime, just enough to be annoying to real fans. *smile* I'm a writer, and on Sunday evening around 7pm I was waiting near the Hyatt concierge desk to meet up with my editor for dinner. While I waited, a lovely young woman wandered in, dressed as a character that I swear I've seen in a video game. She was posing for pictures (I know, who wasn't?) I remember her costume was mainly blue, very skimpy, and she had a long wig that swept back from her forehead and might have been blue as well. She carried a very tall staff (?) weapon.

Does anyone have the slightest idea who I'm talking about? I've been dying to show a picture of her to my teenaged son, because her costume was well done, and I can't shake the feeling that she was from one of his favorite games. I've looked through a great many albums, but so far I haven't found her, and now my brain is starting to spin.
