Greetings all! I'm a noob and this is my first time going to D*C!
Still, I'm very excited. I've looked around at the posts and seen that several people trying to make a buck and wondering if i could do the same.

I work at a place that sells yummy (though a bit expensive!) chicken and I have crap tons of coupons that I was thinking of bringing and using as either bartering (can you do that?) or perhaps selling them at a fraction of the products price.

Is this frowned upon or anything?

I agree, that's just bad form (not to mention probably against corporate policy) to sell coupons. Pass some out as favors to people, maybe even bring some chicken in to the con and make the day of someone stuck behind a table, but don't walk around trying to sell something that the company gives away for free. It could even get you thrown out of the convention if someone saw it and pointed you out to a con director (convention sales only by vendors who have tax paperwork on file with the convention).
