I'm selling over 700 items from my personal collection, circa 1980s through today. Sci-fi, fantasy, con exclusives, anime, animation, toys, figures, DVDs, books, animation art, cards...I could go on forever. Jump through the cut for sample pics and info! )

Hey All.

I've never been much of a Costume Meet Up kind of girl at con, but this year I am doing Amy Farrah Fowler from Big Bang Theory. Is anyone else dressing up as characters from the show? I would love to get some photos together if you are!

Hi there, I was just wondering if anyone knows what the cancellation policy at the Hyatt is? At the moment I'm planning to attend, but I may have to cancel my trip due to work. Obviously if I know in advance that I can't attend I'll transfer my room across to someone else on dragonconrooms, but I may only find out the day or so before, in which case I'll probably be too busy with my job to deal with transfering the room and have to cancel instead. Would cancellation just be at loss of deposit/1 nights stay? Thanks.

A friend of mine and long time D*con attendee has been running an Etsy shop for a couple of years now, and she's got a bunch of gear up for sale that you guys might like. She has a handful of bags listed right now -- lunch bags, messenger bags, and a costume repair kit she came up with for con (mostly Star Wars fabric but she'll take requests if you have them). She also has a few costume pieces up for sale, and she does R2 beanies, Jayne hats, and Kindle/Ipad covers. Items can be delivered at con if you want to save on the shipping costs (we get in on Thursday).

If you're interested, check her out:

If you want a DragonConForum's T-Shirt... make sure you let them know in the forum thread here:

There are only 50 shirts, and many are already claimed, so don't miss out.

I have a couple questions that hopefully people here can help with.

1. Does anyone know who is managing John Barrowman for the con? If so, do they do pre-sales for signings? It would be a great time-saver for my friend and I. We're coming down for just the one day.

2. Has anyone dealt with Legends / Legends Canada for pre-sales for autographs? They're managing Richard Dean Anderson and I'm having problems. I purchased my pre-sale tickets but I haven't received a confirmation email or, really, any contact from them other than a canned-greeting email when I signed up for an account from them. The charge hasn't gone on my credit card yet and I'm getting a little twitchy about this.

Thanks!

Does anyone know if Adam Baldwin, Dean Cain, or Katee Sackhoff will do photos at their table. I know that some celebs will do it but others make you use Froggy. Just trying to plan if I should preorder photo ops or not. Thanks!

I always try to get my flue shot about two weeks before Con so I have one less concrud bug I have to worry about. I got mine today at the drug store I work at and am sure if my drug store chain is offering them most of the chains that offer them will have it too. It takes about two weeks for the antibody's to form in your body so now would be the best time to get one if you want to.
