INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL

Today is the slot that my short, " Loser Pays, Winner Stays ", will be showing. It will be in the Learning Annex at the Hyatt. Just enter the hotel, and walk straight back to where the bands play, then hang a left. Show starts at 10 am, and I know it's early, but I will be giving out magnets, doing sketches, and handing out an extra goodie to the first dozen or so people to see me.
Also, make sure you check out the news section of www.fooksie.com, to read my adventures so far at DRAGON*CON.

Guys, I'm so upset right now I've almost cried myself sick, and I'm refusing to speak to anyone wearing a green D*C lanyard, even though it's not their fault. I just missed seeing Patrick Stewart, missed having a seat up front, because a D*C TrekTrak volunteer chose to ignore what was going on, and the line that had already formed to create an entirely new one, with people who'd only just showed up at the front rather than those of us who'd already been waiting in an orderly line for an hour.

Apparently I made the evening news on channel 11. The staff at the Sheraton gave me applause as the "TV STAR" :) A quick internet search provided nothing. Anyone got any footage they can upload?

Star Trek cosplayers: I just want to apologize for not showing up for my own photoshoots. My Trek costume wasn't finished in time for the con and neither was my friend's. Might try again next year. If anyone assumed hosting duty in my absence, I thank you.

Disney cosplayers: As far as I had known at the time, the Peachtree Center courtyard was a good photoshoot location. I had no idea that guards would run us off until one essentially thought we were planing or promoting terrorism after a photographer had set up his equipment. Again, sorry about that.

Saturday Harry Potter cosplayers: I'm so sorry for the sudden location change. But you gotta admit, that photoshoot went off better than any other this year or even last year.

80s cosplayers: She-Ra had a wardrobe malfunction and couldn't make it to the photoshoot. Again, my apologies for missing my own photoshoot and thank you for anyone who assumed hosting duty in my absence.
