Life of Brian project

Hello! Dragon*Con is creeping up on us and I'm reminding anyone interested of my "Life of Brian" project I first brought up a few months ago.

The idea is to dress up like Judean populace (canvas robes and sandals), meet up at an appointed time and place, split into two groups, one walking with a sandal off their foot and the other worshiping a gourd, each group spreading the gospel of Brian, until we unavoidable run into each other again later in the day and then boom... holy war.

Unless anyone has other suggestions or impediments, let's shoot for meeting Sunday morning at 11h00 in the lobby of the Hyatt.

I'd like to have at *least* four members in each faction. I'd happily volunteer as the leader of the sandal faction. I also want to offer my services to make others their Judean robes (you'd have to bring your own sandals though) if you don't have time or the means to get one yourself. Considering my estimated cost of materials and labor, I'd probably be able to give out robes at no more than $35 apiece. If interested, send me your preferred tone of canvas (dark or light beige), a phone number to reach you (preferably cell) and the following measurements:

- shoulder-to-shoulder
- top of shoulder to wrist
- shoulder to ground
- waist
- bust (women only)

Any volunteer for doing Brian himself? Do we even need one? No naked Terry Jones with a beard, I'm afraid though. Sorry.
