Silver Surfer from 2008

Ok, this may seem really random but my cousin (who isn't on LJ) is going as the Silver Surfer for Halloween this year. He learned from someone he knows who went to DC this year that there was a guy who went as the Silver Surfer and did an awesome job with his costume.

Anybody know who he is? My cousin would love to chat with him to get advice on how best to do the costume.

Also any pictures would be appreciated too!
