looking for a room

Here I am, another desperate soul hoping to find some lodging.  Because I am bringing a bit of gear to record my podcast (the Galactica Quorum) I'd prefer to be in one of the four convention hotels, or somewhere reasonably close, so I don't have to lug stuff for several blocks.

I'm traveling by myself, and aside from the mentioned recording equipment (which is small), won't be bringing too much.  If someone could contact me with an availability I'd appreciate it.  Thanks....

Hello everyone, I know everyone is feverishly working on details of going to this years con but I am not able to go. Anyway, the Con is usually always on Labor Day weekend, right?  So the dates should be Sept 4th thru the 7th right? Since Labor day falls on Sept 7th?  

I wasn't sure if they plan it always for Labor Day weekend or just the last weekend of August?  Can someone clarify this one for me?
