I want you to know I worked long and hard on this... heheheh... long and hard... AHEM. I was talking to several people, I'm trying to be clever, I have to find the pics through thirteen pages of BS on LJ because you can't have a "SEE ALL" option like on PhotoBucket, and I have to group them together in a "story mode" so it's cool and entertaining so it will make everyone who reads it FUCKING HAPPY!!! AND WHEN YOU'RE FUCKING HAPPY THEN I'M FUCKING HAPPY!!! Plus, I hope to fill some requests for some people's pictures of themselves from the con.
Now, not only will it be cross posted, but as with all my posts, there's going to be some shit you won't want to see or hear (or in this case, read), depending on who you are or where you are, so just go ahead and consider it Not Work Safe. You shouldn't be lookin' at this shit at work anyways. You have a job to do, and your tax dollars don't pay me to sit at home and do nothing for nothing! Now get to work!

Adventures of Jack Sparrow
Sep. 11th, 2006 09:34 amtempest-omouthy.livejournal.comHey everyone! I briefly stepped out of a party on one of the higher floors (20, I think) on what, if I remember correctly, was Saturday night. A girl and a few of her friends came up to me and asked if I would take a picture with a stuffed Capt. Sparrow (I am almost 100% certain he was a Happy Meal toy from Dead Man's Chest) for them. I gladly did so and went about my merry way. Now I am wondering where those pictures might be since I've pored over tons and haven't seen any.
I saw one gallery with a bunch or people posing with a stuffed Cthulu, but no Sparrow.
Can anyone help me? I'd love to see all the adventures lil Jack went on. He went directly into my cleavage, and I'm betting he got more play than any other pirate at the con! Thanks everyone!

greyloch.livejournal.comIt appears that I had just over 3,500 views of my photo galleries (Webshots sends me a weekly update on visits and downloads) and I just wanted to say "thank you" to all my convention "brothers" and "sisters" for helping me end this con on a high(er) note.
Also, a big thanks goes out to Dragoncon TV. One of my questions made it into the "bumpers" played during the con. I was the one asking how NOT to get slapped while at Dragon*Con. ;-D
Speaking of Dragoncon TV, I saw that they were playing some short fan clips one one of the hotel TV channels. Specifically, "Grayson" and a kick-ass Star Wars duel between to two apprentice Sith Lords. Does anyone know where these clips can be downloaded? They looked really good but the television kept on glitching and dropping the signal every couple of seconds.

we're sad tho. all week we've been scouring and scouring for pix of us and have not found any. the below pic is one of the few we took on her camera, voltaire actually took it himself. I loved everything and everyone at D.C. and pre reg'd for next year. question below aboot that.
so, a bunch of ppl took pix of krishna and a few ppl took pix of me too. we didnt dress up as anyone in particular so I'm assuming thats why we havent seen pix of us up yet. le sigh. if you have any pix of us, we'd be mighty appreciative.

I bought a reg for next year, used my credit card but I'm not clear on what to do next year. I'm also afraid because I used my nickname instead of my Real name and worried that this will cause problems with reg next year.
