Guest Panel Photography?

dragoncon_lj_archiveIs there any word on if there are guest panels where photography is prohibited? I've been to panels in the past with guests managed by JCB that have not allowed photography or video recording of the panel. I would prefer to skip any guest panel where photography is prohibited.
