Deadline For Purchasing A Membership Before The Con

Hey gang,

What's the deadline for purchasing a membership through Ticketmaster so you can avoid the on-site registration line?

I bought my membership through Ticketmaster last year, and I still had to stand in line. In fact, Ticketmaster made such a colossal mess out of the process that I had to stand in line for hours, while my friends, who had bought early memberships, zipped right through their respective lines.

I used Ticketmaster a day before the con opened a couple of years ago, and looking at the site right now, it doesn't appear that there's a cutoff, so you should be fine.

As far as lines go, there will almost always be one, regardless of how you pay for your ticket. as a matter of fact, last year I pre-regged at Chattacon, and had to wait almost two hours to pick up my badge. Much of that though depends on your last name, which is how the lines are divided, popular names have a much longer wait than say....Zurevich
