dragoncon_lj_archiveAre the Writers Track panels open to everyone? I understand from the website that you must apply for the Writer's Workshop, but I'm talking about the Track where they have workshops like "How to Organize a Writers Group That Works," etc. Does anybody know if this track has a website? Thanks a lot!
