Thank you for your reply. I do have a question. How do I verify it? I've told my doctor and he has said it is because I am not extending the angle in my leg if I sit in a certain position for too long and I should try to lift my leg or move it side to side. Should I bring paperwork from my doctor? I'm unable to drive, because when I do, I have to pull over several times to get out and move my leg outwards. The same thing for when I go to an event or sit somewhere that I cannot extend my knee. Again, thank you for your answers.
