I'm definitely not downplaying the issues with Froggy's as their obviously are problems, but people are always more likely to complain than to offer praise regardless of what service is being offered. There have been some positive reviews here, people who were perfectly satisfied with what they receive.
That said, I would NEVER give my money to Froggy's.
