Costume regulations?

So I was searching through the D*C site looking for rules on costuming, but can't seem to find it. I know swords and the like have to be peace bonded, but I was wondering about any rules regarding gun props. Orange tip to show it's fake, I'm pretty sure is in there, but are there any other rules? Like some cons say they have to have no moving parts, and things like that.

Any help would be great :) Trying to figure out if we can use the little pistols we have, or if I have to cast solid resin copies of them.
