When can I line up for a panel?

dragoncon_lj_archiveI do apologize to the folks that posted earlier this month in regards to this subject. I generally do not scan LiveJournal unless it is brought to my attention first. (it is hard enough for me to keep up with my personal journal friends. HA!)
Official ruling is that you cannot start lining up for a panel until the previous panel has been seated. For 1st panels of the day, we will allot up to 2 hours before the scheduled time of said panel UNLESS it becomes a fire hazard then the line is dispersed.
