Badge Transfers for 2011

I thought I'd pass this along since I found it myself by chance.  I didn't see anything tagged with this info, so forgive me if I'm repeating.

If you are planning on transferring your membership this year because you can't attend, you need to do it by July 31st, 2011.

From the site:


There is a form now that you need mail in with the transfer fee

The form clearly states
"All transfers must be received by July 31, 2011. There will be NO transfers done after that date or at the convention."

I'm guessing this is in part due to the new barcode system, which will make it easier (fingers crossed) for people to register.

But I know there tends to  be a flurry of activity during August as people have their plans change, and hopefully with this post (and two months warning), people can start thinking ahead and not get stuck.
