Question for Hilton Hotel users

I'm curious. Are all people who register at the Hilton given the chance to upgrade? Thanks for answering. I guess I'm seeing what my chances are of actually getting an upgrade if everyone is given the same chance I was

Air Travel Question

I'm flying to Dragon*Con next year and am already looking into flight prices and departure times so that I arrive on Thursday when I usually like to, can get checked into my room and be in line for when badge pre-reg opens. I plan on using MARTA to get to the convention center from the airport.

For anyone here who has done this before, how long does it usually take from getting off the plane, retrieving baggage and using MARTA to get to the convention center? Also, does MARTA have any limitations as to the amount of baggage a person can get on with?
