Food Track @ D*C?

Anyone else think it would be fun to have a Food Track at D*C?  I'm reluctant to mention it, because then someone will say "Sure, go ahead and run that" which would be excruciatingly difficult from Colorado...  but I keep coming back to the fun that could be had.

Alton Brown is local - and all the science he works in to "Good Eats" would fit with the rest of the tracks.
Ted Allen has the Science of Food Detectives, again with the science.
Marc DaCascos is The Chairman on Iron Chef America, and was The Crow for a while (miss that show!) and has done several Sci Fi type movies.

I know I thought of other ideas randomly, but just wondered if anyone else would think it fun and/or stop by for a panel or 2...
