Costume Seamstress In Atlanta

I'm trying to have a costume(s) made for DragonCon this year.  However, since I relocated to the North Georgia region from Florida, I don't have any contacts regarding costume making in this area.  Does anybody know people that have done Superhero costume making for fans?  I'm looking to have costumes made for me and possibly three other friends.
