Dragon*Con Updates

The Marriott and Hyatt have both sold out of their blocks of reserved rooms.

The Hilton still has rooms at the Dragon*Con rates. Get them while they are still available.

Gaming and the Gaming Track will be in the Hilton this year.

With the space gained at the Hilton we have new tracks in the works, so stay tunned for what else will be joining Gaming at the Hilton.

Art Show will be in the Hyatt Grand Hall - East

Registration will be in the Hyatt to the Grand Hall - West

WOOT! I am Triumphant! Honestdragonchina is giving me a refund for half the costume purchase price. YAY!!! That goes a Long way to redeeming them, though of course, I would not recommend them to anyone and I will never purchase anything from them again!

But now I will have the funds to replace the parts that sucked and maybe with a little bit of work I can make the costume useable for Dragoncon. :D Thanks for all the support and help you guys!

Hello Everyone,

I am planning to make a "Jin" costume from Samurai Champloofor my boyfriend for this year's con and possibily a Mugen costume for another friend and a Fuu costume for me.. why not right??

In any event - I need to find a pattern to make the Kimono shirts & the Martial Arts pants for the boys and the Kimono for me.. I highly doubt that I'll be able to find these locally. I have pretty good sewing skills and several months so if I get started on them pretty soon.. should be in good shape for the Con..

Would anyone have a resource for these patterns or costume pieces that they wouldn't mind sharing?? Thanks for the help.. -Mystrys
