Need Elvis in the building

goodjoanI hope this is ok to post here, please let me know if its's not and I will delete it!
My 8 year old son has a school project that I need help with! He has to be the ghost of Elvis on the Tuesday after Halloween. My budget for halloween is gone so I am hoping the good people of Atlanta and Dragon Con might be able to help!
My son is 4'10" nearly 120 pounds,and wears an adult small size. I am desperate for a costume or wig/glasses that we could borrow (or buy with a small budget) I could also barter sewing skills (granted not all that spectacular, but workable!) or use of my sewing machine.
If you don't have any costume bits, then helping me brainstorm for ways to et this costume done on the cheap, but still get him a decent grade, is also appreciated!
