We have spent the entire day trying to fax the Guest Application to 770-909-0112. I get a busy signal non stop. ALL NIGHT!

Can anyone help me? Tomorrow is the deadline, and I really want my husband on the guest list.

I am new to LJ, though I have been reading this community for a while.
My husband and I have an idea for a group Costume for this year.
It is a very easy costume and it should be fun.

Could we get a quick clarification on ATL's public indecency laws (I think that's what it's classified under)? I thought I had heard that there was a change a couple of years ago that read that your butt had to be 3/4s covered? But if you wore hose or stockings, it was OK? I know I'm toying with an outfit that has a thong back, but I don't want to get myself or the Con in trouble.
