Running at DCon

With a community this large there must be runners. Does anyone here run at DragonCon? Recommended routes? Do any folks run in groups?

There's an outdoor track on the 4th (maybe 3rd) floor of the Hilton, off the same wing with the Walk of Fame. There's usually a couple of people out there.
