FOR SALE: Dancing Skirt, Leather Jacket, Ranger/Druid Cloak

Just what the title says...I'm not making it to the big dance this year, but I'm raising the funds now to send with a friend to get my 2012 membership and to put aside for next year's room deposit.

So I offer three nice costume pieces for sale.



The Skirt: You may have seen these before at ren faires and cons; these are heavy-duty and look awesome in a spinning dance. This one has a purple/blue tint wash and is a size L/XL, which fits about a women's size 18-20, give or take. It's ankle length on 5'11" me. It has had one tiny tear in it repaired; otherwise in perfect condition. It's just too long and large for its current owner.

The Price: $70, plus $10 shipping. Shipping includes insurance.





The Jacket: Heavy-duty leather jacket, women's size 10. A little wear, but nothing serious.

The Price: $20, plus $10 shipping. Shipping includes insurance.





The Cloak: Custom made cloak with large drawstring hood, olive green in color. This was made for a very large man (who never wore it), so there is a lot of fabric involved, but is surprisingly lightweight. It has since been hemmed to fit a 5'4" person, but the hem can be let back out another 3 inches. Only worn once.

The Price: $40, plus $10 shipping. Shipping includes insurance.

I love these skirts...my sister, roomie and I all got one at the same time a few years back, and they are awesome for gypsy-type costuming. I tried to make a patchwork skirt of my own, and it didn't even come close to being that cool!

What kind of cloth is the cloak made from?
Being a very large man myself, I'm extremely interested!

The little tag on the cloak says silk, but if it's silk, it's a blend of some kind, because it's a little rough to the touch and not slippery at all. Feels more like cotton, but lighter weight.

When I get home today, I can spread the cloak out a bit and take another pic if you'd like.
